If you already know the tool or tools you need, simply call Sales 254-675-8651, or e-mail Sales@Gearench.com. If you are unsure, try locating the tool you think you may need from the online catalog, (select "Products" from the menu at the top), and click on the catalog number of that tool. This will send an e-mail to sales with the subject header of that particular tool. Include as much information about what you need as possible to help the Sales Department fill your request. Be sure you identify yourself, your location, address and return e-mail address and/or phone number. The more information you give us the faster our service to you can be.

If You Need Parts:

Examine the tool closely. Is it a Gearench product? If so, check the broken or worn part for a part number. Most Gearench parts have an identifying part number stamped on them. If you are unable to find a part number then check our catalog or web site. Many Gearench products will have an exploded view of the assembly in our catalog and on our web site, www.gearench.com. Log onto our web site and find the tool you need parts for. If there is an exploded view on the web page, you can probably identify the part you need from this. If you can identify the part, call (254-675-8651), or e-mail Sales@Gearench.com. Be sure you include enough information for the sales personel to identify the part or parts you need.

In some instances, it may be necessary to fax or include as an e-mail attachment a drawing or photo of the tool or part. Please keep the size of any attachments as small as possible.

3. Images are fuzzy and do not display colors properly
   • Your video adapter resolution is set too low. This site is designed for color resolutions of 32K, 64K or "True Color".
4. You are unable to see the full width of a page
   • This site is designed for 800 x 600 True Color resolution. If your screen size is set at 640 x 480, pages will have to be scrolled, by means of the scroll bars, to view.
